MS Clinical Nutrition

I earned my master's degree in Clinical Nutrition from New York University. As part of my training as a dietitian, I completed a 1-year long Dietitic Internship program at New York Presbyterian hospital. Learning in this competitive and fast-paced environment has helped me hone my nutrition skills immeasurably!

2005 - 2009

BA Psychology

New York University

I earned my undergraduate degree from New York University, majoring in Psychology and minoring in Nutrition. While I had started my undergraduate studies in psychology, I found my true passion in helping people with nutrition. My background though has been invaluable in coaching my clients in making changes.

"Tanya had given an excellent presentation on Diet in Lupus to our doctors group. She was well prepared, enthusiastic, conveyed the subject clearly, and the presentation was well supported with published data.  I would highly recommend her."

Looking ahead, I aspire to merge my passions even further by owning my own business and gym, creating a space where holistic wellness thrives.
